The Undergraduate Summer and Fall 2007 Master Course List is scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, March 22, 2007, in the afternoon.

Both the Summer and Fall Undergraduate MCL are available on line at GothicNet, http://gothicnet.njcu.edu and on the Registrar's website, www.njcu.edu/dept/registrar

Each student has been assigned Enrollment Appointments. Enrollment Appointments are assigned based on the academic status (number of credits earned) and students will not be able to enroll until that date.

Undergraduate Registration schedule is as follows:

Seniors and Freshman Begins March 27 at 10:00am

Juniors Begins April 3 at 10:00am

Sophomores Begins April 10 at 10:00am

Open to All Begins April 17 at 10:00am

Remember, students will not be able to self enroll or have their registration processed by the Registrar's Office, if their "Advisement Block" is not removed by an advisor. Please be aware that the Registrar's Office staff does not have access to remove the advisement block.

The terms for enrolling students are as follows:

1074 = Summer I 2007

1075 = Summer II 2007

1078 = Fall 2007

REMINDERS FOR ADVISORS:

1. Change your default to the Fall 2007 (1078) term since that is the term you will most likely use most.

2. If the student has a negative service indicator, you can determine the source of the "block" by clicking on the negative service indicator icon. Generally, students will be blocked due to not having completed the immunization requirements, outstanding balance with the Bursar's Office or because they have not met with their academic advisor. Please refer the student to the appropriate office.

3. Instructions and links are available in GothicNet for your reference.
